Shipping Policy
- Please spare up to 7 working days for your order. We usually process all orders in 1-2 working days. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed next Monday.
- Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
- To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Moosy Life uses only reputable courier partners.
- We collaborate with Amazon warehouse in United of States, United Kingdom and Japan. Customer from these countries can enjoy the best shipment experience.
Customs & Duties
- All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
- We ship from worldwide warehouses and Taiwan, so if you're an international customer, additional customs & duties might be charged.
